最後一天的行程陰陰有雨，本來想在公園裡面走走，因為下雨，所以改變主意，在回程的路上順道前往為在田納西的Jack Deniel's 酒廠，同時，也把這次的國家公園之旅，改成美國威士忌酒莊之旅。
Jack Deniel's 酒廠是目前全世界銷售第一的bourbon whiskey，黑色的瓶身讓人印象深刻。遙想當年F4團長Fanny還在當酒促小姐的時候，賣的就是這一款酒，在他還沒有紅的時候我還在天母的pub看過當時賣酒的Fanny，恩 印象深刻的原因無他，因為他本人的F奶實在太壯觀。不過口嫌體正直的我仍舊沒有買他那一瓶要價$3700的JD，即使他在我坐下的時候把FF塞在我面前。
Jack Deniel's 的酒廠位在田納西的林奇堡，一個除了著名的JD以外，什麼都沒有的地方。Jack Deniel's的網站很詳細的介紹了JD的歷史跟他的酒，同時還有二十多種語言的介紹，包括台灣的中文喔！是一個很值得參觀的網站。似乎是看準的全世界的人都愛他的酒，在這麼小的一個地方經營酒廠，野心卻這麼大，令人非常的驚訝。另外，他的酒廠導覽相當的棒，每二十分鐘開一個參觀團，雖然人數不多，但是卻相當仔細的介紹他們的酒，在我們參觀的星期天是不賣酒的，但是導覽人員依舊熱心賣力的帶我們玩了一趟酒廠之旅，讓人非常窩心。

燒完的木頭變成木炭，用來過濾剛蒸餾出來的酒，增加風味，這也是JD的特色之一。

It looks like you are having a wonderful time discovering America. Who knew climbing and creeping through holes in the earth could be so interesting. We have been inside Crystal Cave in the Sequia National Forest years ago. All those stalagmites and stalagtites are great.We have also been to Carlsbad Cavern, which was really interesting because the stalamites and tites have developed into shapes that are named for their likeness, like the lions tale and other things. It's amazing, that all patterns in nature repeat, and can be found on the earth, in the earth, and under the oceans of the earth. We hope you had a wonderful Christmas time and look forward to seeing your Christmas pictures. My goal in 2009 is to create a blog and share our family adventures with you. May the new year bring you and Kathleen much joy.

That is awesome! I'm expecting to see the news about our loco family. It's not very hard to creat your own blog, and they are free!! An the interior need some time. Dicy may have some brilliant ideas. I can't forget those lovely photo album and still want to learn how to make one myself.
